Leadership has evolved a lot over the years and isn’t afraid to course-correct when something’s not working. The company culture is open and approachable — I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out to anyone, whether it’s management or a new joiner. Full WFH and flexibility have been huge pluses too. Growth & support: I’ve had the chance to take on some really challenging projects here, which kept things exciting and helped me grow fast. I’ve always been trusted with ownership, and the team stood by me during some tough personal times — that kind of support matters.
