Pros

n8n is growing fast (really fast!!) and that means there’s a lot of opportunity if you like to build, improve, and take ownership. A huge number of new people recently started, and considering the speed, it’s gone impressively well! The culture seems to be flexible along the growth where people are trusted to do their thing, and the overall vibe is very low-ego and collaborative. Everyone’s smart, curious, and excited about what is being build, which makes the work a lot of fun! Almost everyone works remote and that works remarkably well. Leadership seems to be open to feedback and is very focused on scaling in a healthy way. It’s also cool to see all the management leads going through training to make sure they’re growing and adapting with the company too.

Cons

With this much growth, things move fast and priorities change often. Processes are still being refined, so you need to be comfortable with change and a bit of chaos. If we’re still working at the same pace in six months, something’s off. But it’s good to see that hiring more people to balance things out is clearly a priority.

Pros

I'm in awe of this team -- full of deep thinkers, kind and intentional colleagues, creative collaborators, efficient and constructive supporters/mentors. The product speaks for itself and the team behind it is so inspired to constantly iterate and improve it. Never worked at a tech company that is so deeply ingrained in what we're selling and encouraging all members of the organization to become proficient in it as well.

Cons

With any fast-growing startup, things are constantly changing but this isn't necessarily a con, just par for the course.

I love it, but n8n is not for those who don't like building the rocket ship while its in flight
