Having worked in multiple organizations before, I consider myself lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work at rePurpose Global. 1. The pride of working in a growing organization that is mission-driven. The primary motivation for everyone on the team is to make a difference and create an impact. 2.The remuneration is on the higher end of industry standards. This meant that while I switched from a traditional sector to the impact sector, I didn't have to take a pay-cut and in fact, I am at a similar pay scale as my peers in a traditional industry. 3. Co-founders who genuinely care about employee welfare. Lot of effort and programs put in place to enhance the skills of employees. They are making efforts to take the team along with them as the organization grows. 4. Plethora of opportunities to bring ideas to life. Ideate, Execute, Repeat. A lean approach aimed at a faster decision-making process.
