      Pros

      I loved working here because the team at rePurpose is dedicated to creating positive impact in the world and is extremely driven in acheiving the company's ambitious goals. I felt energized working with a team of passionate, young professionals with serious smarts, diligent work ethic, and extremely diverse backgrounds and experiences. Overall, the team shared a gregarious environment that was able to forge connection and belonging even in a remote working environment. The team is quite focused on rapid execution towards goals and being very iterative in learning by doing. This coupled with the fast paced startup environment made it a blast to work on and learn new things every day!

      felt a need for more structure due to the newness of everything in the startup stage.
