rePurpose as a company does have a focus on the mission of being the world's leading plastic action platform and all the decisions we make keep that front in mind. We are a purpose-driven group of people and make sure we give our brands and partners all the right tools in addressing the plastic problem plaguing our world today. We also believe in capability and caliber rather than age and experience and this has allowed us to scale to where we are at the moment. The co-founders are collaborative and very approachable - they appreciate and consider your opinion and though there's positional hierarchy there's no ego which allows for a very collaborative work environment Coming from a typical corporate culture in my previous life this company feels like a breath of fresh air.
Cons
Nothing which isn't known or being worked on! Fairly typical startup teething issues of project and priority management. We tend to pick up a ton of projects and sometimes some might end up being shelved or moved up/down but though they are done so fairly democratically, there's potential for frustration.
