*students and parents are friendly most of the time

*management doesn't want to do their job and will push duties off onto other employees *management doesn't understand school policies *management not receptive to feedback or learning new things *management will brag about record profits and enrollment but won't give employees raises/bonuses *favoritism towards a select few employees *no benefits or paid breaks *little to no training *no incentive to work hard

Incredibly supportive management, casual working environment, supportive coworkers, and a dynamically shifting list of tasks that always keeps the job interesting.

Cons

The after-school nature of the coaching sessions means that, for part-timers, hours can be limited during slower seasons, and may be soft-capped to 5 hours a day maximum, depending on the season.
