Pros

The positives of working at theCoderSchool are the following: - friendly staff and code instructors always willing to help each other - Equipment, i.e., computers, are easy to use for teaching purposes - When there was a "no show" with a student, I was still paid and given a Starbucks card

Cons

There were no significant cons to report on other than the commute, which was longer, and that was not a reflection of the company.

Incredibly supportive management, casual working environment, supportive coworkers, and a dynamically shifting list of tasks that always keeps the job interesting.

Cons

The after-school nature of the coaching sessions means that, for part-timers, hours can be limited during slower seasons, and may be soft-capped to 5 hours a day maximum, depending on the season.
