Don't do it. Stay in the car business. There is zero chance for promotion. You will not make great money. Inept management (your resume is better than her's). No sense of direction. Horrible culture. Lack of support and structure. Condescending management. Made to feel like nothing is ever good enough, and you're completely disposable. Arrogance abound from leadership and company. Held responsible for things completely out of your control, and they'll write you up and fire you for it. Seriously. It's the best job you'll ever want to quit as soon as possible.
