Pros
I have worked for 20 years in the Automotive industry, most of which has been in selling Software as a service to car dealers. I love this industry, and have been associated with some fantastic companies over the years. For the first time in my career, I can honestly say that I am home. I look forward to spending the last 15-20 years of my career with Cox Automotive and vAuto. The opportunities are truly endless, and the forward thinking culture paints a very exciting and bright future for us all.
Cons
With so many business units and the rapid changes that result in mergers and acquisitions, career paths can become very complex. I guess having too many choices is a good problem to have, but it can be overwhelming at times.
