vAuto has to be one of the best companies in the automotive industry. Due to that prestige it gets placed at the top, in my opinion, of the list of companies to work for. Management is approachable and listens to feedback - values feedback and will act on it if it's in the best interest of the company. Cons
There are some "old school" divisions in the company that have been there since the beginning and they can be "stuck in their ways". This is probably the only impediment that this company has and it is detrimental to the great environment. However, despite that internal struggle, the company continues to grow which is very encouraging.
