It's a job until something better becomes available. Opportunity for financial assistance with continued education. They're really no other pros that come to mind.
Cons
One of the most under paying employers in Northern Virginia's Government Services Contracts. Doesn't promote a healthy organizational culture. Understandable, given the average employee salary is 50% to 75% less of those performing the same job with other area employers.
