Pros
Friendly co-workers on sites, I worked with a smart friendly team. Large range of benefits available to full time employees.
Cons
Typical defense contractor Corporate doesn't know the staff on site. Plenty of turnover and uncertainty. Not much flexibility with your workday and getting permission to telecommute is a huge ordeal. They make it more of a big deal than necessary.
