      Great for fellows. Being in the environment of smart, productive, and funny colleagues.

      It's tough to get to if you don't have a car and use the metro.

      Pros

      Those who do perform are very good and take up the slack for those who don't perform. The performers are great teammates.

      Cons

      Too many non performers were protected by their "patrons" which made work difficult for team members who actually DO perform. It can sap morale from the team who have to step in where others fail repeatedly.
