Contract world is always changing. Things are constantly evolving. If you work hard, there are some opportunities. Good work life balance.

Cons

Benefits are very costly. Bonus structure appears to be only for Senior Management, low merit increases. Almost a "good ole boy" network with promotions. High turnover rate.

There are a few people that care about your well-being and career. That's all I can say about this company.

Cons

Management is out for themselves. You are just a number and make you feel like you are lucky to have a job. Poor morale and no teamwork. High turnover. Stay away!
