      Pros

      NCI seems to really understand their employees and attempts to provide positive reinforcement.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to get an understanding of what to expect for the contract work because the customer is ambiguous and NCI, sometimes has difficulty understanding the issues.

      Your job is guaranteed as long as the contract.

      Cons

      Once the contract is over, the company doesn't make the initiative to help place their employees with other opportunities, nor do they offer severance pay. The only placement is to the nearest DES.
