      A good company to work for if you can stand the life of being a government contractor

      Good benefits Good pay depending on the contract you are assigned to Technical support at corporate site is top notch Lots of intelligent personnel to lean on

      Cons

      As with any company that relies on government contracts, once the contract ends and/or gets awarded to the next company, you have to accept the new company's offer or move on. The reason some people complain about inconsistent pay is that everyone's pay is based on the contract you are assigned to.

      NCI is a great place to work for those who are used to working as a contractor in the client's environment.

      Management is very supportive of their teams and work hard to make sure that each team member has the tools they need to succeed. In addition, they are very supportive of balancing family and work, as much as they can based on the contract requirements.

      Cons

      Limitations as to salaries based on contracts and on opportunities to move ahead in some cases, based on contracts.
