Pros
I had a great job title and a really good salary for the area (Ft. Huachuca). I also had the opportunity very early on to get a certification that somewhat helped me in my career.
Cons
If you decide to accept an offer with this company, you best really hate your current job. Local management is beyond horrible. If you go to them with an issue regarding a Lead, a customer or another employer, be braced to just deal with it and continue to be in a poor work environment. Don't expect to do anything your first couple of months. You'll sit in a tiny cubicle in a crappy environment and not have a computer or network access for months. Listen very carefully. You are not important to this company, unless you fill a seat and keep your mouth shut. Sure, they may throw more money at you, but don't be surprised when they demand you take a pay cut to stay in your current role. It's either that, or be laid off. If you're looking for an employer that cares, look elsewhere. Most people on this contract are trying to get out, and some of us have been successful.
