Pros
Flexible schedule. Very cool and respectable lead. Still have a ton of respect for him. He communicated things very well.
Cons
Watch out for passive aggressive architects. Nicest people when you speak to them but when you aren't around, be wary. Top guys openly belittle team member vendors on telecons and did not care even when someone spoke up and said that person was on the telecon. In the beginning, my lead said that the architect thought he was supreme and loved to do everything himself. All true- along with his sidekick- mr. negative. Lack of communication was rampant especially with remote personnel. This is one reason why a former coworker jumped ship.
