      Pros

      Larger company, but it has the feel of a small company. The employees are nice and make you feel at home.

      Cons

      Mostly contract work , so when the contract is over, sometimes your job ends.

      Pros

      In the past, was a great place to work. Management listened and responded to feedback, interesting work, good compensation. There's a chance it will get there again over the years.

      Cons

      Company did a total restructure and almost all of leadership was replaced. Layoffs have been massive, and there doesn't seem to be a clear direction going forward.
