Pay is okay and Job isn't overall too stressful when working on site.

Cons

Pay is okay. Expect to be bothered on your days off and to work on site and from home and be told you can't charge hours for doing annual training or for having to take care of account related issues on site if it means being there outside your regular shift hours. A lot of micromanagement. Benefits package is expensive if you have a family.
