      Very intelligent people everywhere in the data department. You WILL learn something new.

      Cons

      Management discussing illegal gambling and constantly distracting employees with adolescent jokes. The best workers don't get the opportunities to advance and there are plenty of great workers. Unfortunately advancement opportunities are based on "best" personality in many cases. HEAVY favoritism in the data department

      Pros

      They treat you like a person not just another company employee. Pay is above average for the Washington DC area for this position.

      Cons

      Benefits change frequently. We lost two holidays that regular government employyees are given. This means we need to alter our schedules or not get paid.
