Some good people working to make a difference for our government and DoD

Cons

Senior leadership keeps changing strategies to show the street they are making positive changes without much actual effect. Much of their talent has left and the company leaders who have made a difference were let go. Many of the new hires are from CSC reflecting the COO's past role at CSC. It is a very destabilizing environment contributing to poor morale. Also, the amount of leave time awarded per year is low for the industry.

None unless you can say have a paycheck.

Cons

Not a career minded company. They will say and do anything to fill a position. Don't believe the words but have it in the employment contract. No may raises, no training, no professional development, if your project gets a stop order then you use your pto, no communication, very clickey, etc.

the people i work with. i have met some really good people working here over the years.

Cons

the management in this plant do not know care about there employees. and the raises are very pathetic. $.010 to $.25 is what i have seen in almost 8 years of working here.
