Pros

I began working at NCI in 2012 and it was the best place to work - smart people, a great working environment.

Cons

Things went downhill when some changes in upper management happened - new people were brought in who were extremely aggressive and it completely changed the mood and working atmosphere. People who had been there for years started leaving due to the hostile climate.
