Co-workers are great and very knowledgeable.

Cons

When this company was small it was a great place to work. We celebrated important events. Now it is larger and the comeradery isn't there. The training is awful and basically you have to learn on the fly. This is government contract work and after working here more than 10 years we have lost our contract and CMS confidence in us. I am now facing unemployment in a few days NCI does not give severance pay. That might be due to the millions of dollars imbezeled. That imbezelment cost the jobs of 200 people.

1-Management is transparent and honest. 2-Everybody behave professionally and respectful. I never experienced anything bad from the management. 3-They recognize the employees’ hard work. 4-Flexible hours.

Cons

A lot of organization changes happened in the past 1 year. There is not much perks. All you get is the salary and the basic benefit.
