Good Benefits. Work/Life balance is a part of company culture. Stepping into a lower level position and showing your worth is a good stepping stone to internal movement.

Cons

decent amount of turnover in senior leadership, but expected with a new CEO with a bold plan.

Company which still allowed employees to feel like people, and a part of a team, and that they are valued. Great management team at our contract

Cons

When the going got tough, they took benefits back from employees. Some very bad management decisions at the top levels of the company which hurt morale
