Pros

Good work environment at client site. Management was open to listen and negotiate requests. Paid employee retirement matching at 100% when they lost the contract rebid. Program manager gave good advice when negotiating with the new contract winner.

Cons

If you want more than two weeks of leave you have to buy it.
