Pros

Peers and staff are genuinely good people. Company is poised for growth. Opportunities for advancement are available. Offer a wide range of benefits (Life, Pet Insurance, LegalShield, ID Shield, Critical Illness, etc.). They try do things to connect people (happy hour, clean the creek volunteer, weekly catered lunch)

Cons

4 days in office and not really receptive to a more generous hybrid schedule.

Pros

Not many. The franchisees are great. They throw good parties.

Cons

The company has drastically changed. You don't know who you can trust. Everyone is positioning and playing angles. You are not given honest answers. Many promises but never follow through. Everything is about how things look on the surface. The right things are said but all the action is to the opposite. They say they want to promote from within but 90% of opportunities are filled intentionally by outside candidates.
