I’ve been in pharmacy for many years, and what stands out to me here is the sense of purpose behind the work. There’s a real focus on helping patients who may not otherwise have access to the medications they need, and that makes the day-to-day feel meaningful. One thing I appreciate is that even at a larger scale, there’s still pride in the details. People understand the responsibility behind what we do, especially in compounding, and that mindset carries across teams. The culture is also a highlight. It’s diverse, collaborative, and overall very supportive. You get the opportunity to learn from people with different backgrounds and experiences, which makes it a more engaging place to work. There’s also a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same mission. From a personal standpoint, I’ve also seen how impactful this work can be - not just professionally, but personally - which has made my experience here even more meaningful.
