CEO is amazing and very generous to employees. As a salesperson, this is a very independent work environment which allows for personal management of leads and new business.

Cons

The company has gone through multiple department leadership changes in a short period of time. The company experiences growing pains often, but the rapid growth is good for the future of the company.
