Experience was "meh" - didn't meet expectations.

Pros

Great location in DTC, covered parking, they recently started letting you wear jeans everyday to work, cafeteria with lots of great options, some nice people, big corporate feel if you're into that. Lots of jobs in general. 401K and decent amount of time off.

Cons

Although there are lots of jobs in the company, most teams don't have much of a career path. Way too much micromanagement and the company seems to keep people who aren't the best at their job only because of favoritism. Know someone in the company? You're good but if you don't then you'll find better luck elsewhere if you want to grow your career. Managers are insulting and somehow nobody cares if you're getting yelled at or verbally abused. At the end of the day, you're a disposable employee unless you got great connections with someone at the top. They sell you the job with expectations that aren't met. Some teams have people who rarely do actual work and are gossiping all day long. Then the ones who do actually work get yelled at for not being perfectionists. People at the top think low of employees who are lower.

Pros

I would say working from home but you will be micromanaged to the point that it voids this out.

Cons

Where do I even start. Inexperienced management that seems to be on a constant power trip. Driving up metrics, micromanaging every second of your day, then getting upset when there is any type of feedback given to them about it. If you work in the call center, good luck moving to any other department. Unless you are a favorite of a manager, which clearly was the case for a select few, you will be stuck on the phones. There is no career advancement in sales besides more awful sales roles. All calls are recorded and will be played back during weekly 1on1s with management. If you don’t meet their unrealistic goals or expectations, you are put on a performance plan and/or threatened. This entire company and its business model is a joke. Old technology and outdated systems that are constantly failing. Poor products that underperform in the market which leads to upset customers and lost business. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place.

Pros

At home job. It used to be weekends off by they just added Saturdays so that’s no longer good. No others pros.

Cons

Company doesn’t care about their employees all the managers take all the time off in the world but for the guys who basically carry the company it’s almost impossible to get days off. Even for months ahead they have what’s called black out dates meaning they “think” it’s going to be busy which sometimes their literally dead. Pay is minimum for all the tasks and stuff you do over the phone. Your basically a sitting robot back to back calls non stop

Thank you for your feedback. We recognize the importance of time off to rest and recharge and encourage associates to utilize time off available to them. We provide a very competitive rate for call center roles and encourage career growth for associates. We transfer 5 – 10 associates out of the call center to other roles internally every month.
