Empower is a growing organization with very positive financial results. The culture is fantastic! Most associates work remote or hybrid and as long as it works, it works! I am proud to be a part of a company that fosters professional growth, inclusion and celebrates successes.

Cons

Due to the fast-paced environment, things change often and quickly. If you don't like change or won't thrive in an environment like this, you may want to consider other options. I find it refreshing and enjoy the fast-paced environment as I am continually challenged in new ways.
