      Compared to other companies the pay is equal or better.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless and tells our Director and VP we cannot hire more people. We are so far under water, working 10+ hour days, and all they say is do more. We are so exhausted, stressed, and burned out. Everyone on our team is talking about leaving. People on other teams are saying the same story.

      Company has grown faster than expected.

      Cons

      While Empower has grown fast they haven't been able to scale their technology to support the size of the company they are now. There are manual processes all over the organization. They use system designed for one thing and build things onto them that they never were intended to support instead of building additional systems that can handle the work properly.
