      Pay is not at market for most positions. Promotion and advancement are for insiders only, Internal postings are filled before posted. Surviving on bandaid solutions to tech needs. Used to "live" their culture and mission, now they only value the bottom line

      I've been at empower for 4 months and have had an amazing time. There are many opportunities to learn and grow here, as coworkers are always willing to lean in and help on projects. The management is effective and drives toward creating the most value for our clients and enabling our employees.
