Pros

Empower offers good benefits to employees. There are many good people who work at Empower which always made the heavy workload worth it. Allowing employees to remain in a full-time WFH status was also nice.

Cons

Empower claims to care about their employees but through actions show otherwise. They continue to increase workloads without properly staffing teams and have layoffs multiple times a year. Over the years the company has become so focused on beating Fidelity and cutting costs they pursue those goals no matter the cost to employees.
