Pros

Supportive environment for work/life balance. Flexible work arraignments and they do not seem to be pushing a return to the office. Generous salary and time off policies. Health/vision/dental offered. The cost of the benefits is reasonable and competitive. They have other benefits too that are optional (think discounts on cell phones, other insurance including pet insurance) that I utilize and appreciate.

Cons

As with any organization, who you work for can make all the difference. I currently really like my manager. Others were ok.

Pros

The company supports growth, development, innovation at all levels. The culture is one of the best aspects of working at the company.

Cons

Health insurance is pretty good, would like one more option outside of the two offered.
