      The People-caring, smart, proactive, enthusiastic Growth - I started as an operations processor and am now a Vice President. The opportunities continue to allow me to grow and seek career advancement. Each day I help Americans retire. I value that work. I am grateful for a company that cares about its employees as much as Empower does; competitive benefits, career advancement, training (informal and formal), intern program, supporting our communities (volunteer hours and matching donations). A leader in the retirement industry!

      Empower is a fast-moving company; change is constant. It is a good "con" to have!

      Empower is a values-driven organization that puts the customer at the center of everything they do. "We do the right thing" is one of the five core values of the firm and it is exemplified by everyone at the firm.

      Very few downsides. The company treats both its customers and associates very well.

      Flexible work schedule - I can work from home or in the office as needed. There is no pressure to have to be in the office. Growth - The organization is growing! It is exciting to work at a place that is growing and investing in the future. Support - The organization supports and rewards hard work and commitment.

      I would like to have more in office time with my colleagues.
