Great Company with some caveats

Pros

Empower is a great company to work for with some small issues that could be resolved with some changes by senior management. The company can feel like a family, and we have some tremendous people working here. Can't imagine a greater group of people to work with. I also believe the company truly believes and practices their core values of retirement for all and helping all American's reach their retirement goals.

Cons

Work/Life balance is very much in flux. You are very much rewarded for putting in long hours and sacrificing your personal life.

Pros

We have a very collaborative culture. Colleagues are supportive and always willing to help each other. Managers listen and genuinely want input from associates

Cons

While there are regular opportunities to interact with co-workers, it's still challenging to get everyone together. Remote colleagues are not able to travel to office locations to join in person.
