This is a company that is really on the ground floor of the finance industry and is great for people wanting to grow with a company

Pros

Empower is a fast-growing company that does an amazing job at supporting their employees. Although many of us are remote, leadership does everything they can at staying connected to their teams. Everyone is more than willing to help you when you need it, the company is truly like family! Benefits are fantastic, especially the 401k match and unlimited PTO! Out of the three recordkeepers I've worked for, Empower is certainly #1,

Cons

Very little cons but one potential area for improvement is the administrative workload for a Relationship Managers. This has been communicated and we are already seeing changes being made! Empower LISTENS to their employees!
