      1. Working from Home every day. 2. A Team that collaborates and works well together. 3. Salary and no overtime.

      Cons

      1. Having to apply for next level advancement on a team rather than getting a promotion. (management positions excluded). 2. Pay is not equal to other institutions in the industry.

      Pros

      I started as an intern in the call center and moved from different departments in sales, education, and now communication. I am currently fully remote but that's not to say I don't have access to the office if I do want to go in for team building opportunities. I am a mom to two very active little boys (1 and 3 years old) and love that I can do my job and feel appreciated at work and still feel like I can be a great mom to my kids. Maternity leave is also a huge plus!

      Cons

      After 5 years at the company, I had left in search of a completely different industry and after only 9 months, I found myself back here.
