Compensation seems stagnate for longer term employees and compensation seems a little low for some niche positions. Work/Life balance has been a struggle at times due to acquisition and migration efforts. Advice to Management Continue promoting innovation and growth mindset and ensure that mid-level managers know how to encourage their staff. Continue to reinvest in the workforce by expanding opportunities for networking, mentorship, and advancement.
