      Pros

      I have yet to speak with any co-worker that is not really nice. Work from home business model. Even though I have never met any of my teammates spread all across the country, Empower has created an environment where you can get to know your teammates. Complimentary advisory & planning services for employees (Merrill doesn't offer this). This company is growing. Even though upward mobility is competitive, Empower really encourages career growth.

      Cons

      Fidelity has a higher 401K match + larger annual profit sharing percentage. Not much PTO to begin + an extremely long tenure required to earn more.
