Pros

Empower is a great employer to work for with great benefits such as flexible work arrangements and inclusive flat culture that allows for employee input and growth!

Cons

Needs to do away with the no international remote work policy to allow greater flexibility to its employees. Need to deploy faster innovation and test and learn programs initiated by top down, but driven by bottom-up front-line employees with rewards tied to each program as an incentive.

Pros

Remote work, Responsibility time, direct manager lets you work and doesn't micromanage.

Cons

Upper management isn't dialed into the team, and they want to make changes when they have no idea about the job.

A great place to work.

Pros

The culture here is amazing. People support each other and are more concerned with the team's success than individual success. In a time where corporate culture is step on whoever you need to get ahead, Empower rewrites that premise. I could not be happier with the teams of which I am associated.

Cons

I only wish I would have made the move from my prior company sooner. I would not change a thing.
