Pros

While Empower is rapidly growing, there is still that feeling that the company is dedicated to its values. Tremendous focus on the customer, quick escalation and fast resolution.

Cons

There are some single person dependencies that should be addressed.

Pros

I haven't met a colleague unwilling to help when needed. It's been a positive experience to work here.

Cons

My position is remote, so you don't get face-to-face interactions. With that being said, weekly team meetings on camera help.
