Pros

There is great opportunity to grow within the company. The company offers unlimited PTO for exempt employees and additional inccentives to want to stay and do good at your job.

Cons

Although in line with most companies the health care options could be better. There are only two options to consider and both for families are pricy.

Pros

Empower, time and time again has shown its commitment to their employees and the customers they serve. It is easy to come into work knowing that you are working for a winner who cares.

Cons

Empower is a huge company so there is a lot of competition for promotional roles.
