Pros

There are so many pros at Empower. The culture we have created is very supportive and inclusive. It's not about getting things done quick or at the expense of others. It's about getting things done right and getting the right people involved. The benefits are amazing and being on a fully remote team allows for awesome flexibility and work/life balance. Upper management leads by doing and set great examples for others.

Cons

Our team is spaced out so far, geologically, and it would be nice to be able to get together in person more often.

All levels of management care about each of their employees.

Cons

Company growing so fast, we need to start looking at the backend for process improvements to gain efficiencies.
