      Pros

      The company has done a great job building a machine to provide advice for everyone who is willing to talk with us. The internal culture is welcoming and leadership actually asks for, listens to, and implements suggestions from every level.

      Cons

      If you like standing still this is the wrong place. Nothing stays the same for very long which can cause individual and general uneasiness for some. There can also be some siloing when it comes to tasks and strategies.
