      Pros

      Fun Job Great pay Standard Matches (401k, HSA, etc.) Best work atmosphere I have come across. Overall just a really cool company to work for

      Cons

      Working in a "small company environment" in a big company. You will be busy and there is no shortage of work. I don't feel like I have to work a bunch of overtime, but this isn't your standard corporate "slack off and get rewarded" environment. The systems are a bit more outdated than some of the industry, and we don't currently get access to an ESOP or company stock purchase program.

      Pros

      This company supports its employees in career goals, development, and work/life balance. Leadership transparency is amazing. Everyone is held to a high standard, and you can expect to be treated respectfully and like a professional. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities. Colleagues and leaders both operate with open-door policy to answer questions and help when needed. WFH position allows for schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast, sometimes the service teams are overwhelmed/understaffed. Probably temporary growing pains.

      Good work ethics and culture Good people to work with Great work life balance good benefits Good time off policy Decent pay Medium paced work environment. I can see the loyalty of people towards this company when I see people retiring from here and company's culture for their tenured employees. Great company to work for.

      Administrative overhead work--unavoidable for company this size Good amount of red tapes and security- again Financial companies have to keep audit trails
