Pros

A lot of places only want the younger employees and steer away from a more experienced employee. Empower values the experience in any role from what I see. I believe there are even career path opportunities for older employees that may want to spread their wings I haven't tried yet, but I feel supported and I just might! Additionally, they trust us, they didn't make everyone come back into the office after COVID. Do they want us to stop by? sure and why not, it's a great culture and fun place to be.

Cons

not near an office building
