Pros

The Culture: 2nd largest 401(k) provider, but sometimes feels like a start-up with how quickly positive change is implemented, inclusive environment with full remote opportunities where you are treated with respect. Compensation: Fair base salary with a bonus structure where you are rewarded for hard work, experience and skill set. Client-first attitude: Providing much-needed advice and fiduciary services for clients in a fair and balanced way with a competitive retail offering to work with licensed advisors

Cons

Modest base pay for initial sales roles, but opportunity to increase overall compensation within a short period of time for those who are willing to put in the effort and are motivated.

Pros

Flexible, scheduling, and really thorough training. Even after training, there’s a lot of assistance available for everyone.

Cons

Remote working in general might limit your ability to socialize and to network, but Empower does what they can for remote workers
