Pros

Business is growing organically and inorganically at leaps and bounds. Leaders have a growth mindset. Fast paced environment. Flexible about working remote. Customer centric lots of opportunity to move internally.

Cons

Still working on being an agile shop. While the company has unlimited PTO, most employees are so busy they actually take less days off then they did at previous employers.

Pros

One of the best qualities Empower has is their work culture. Work-life balance is a top priority for this company and they encourage employees to fully utilize their unlimited PTO policy. Their pay is and benefits are also pretty good.

Cons

While most of their benefits are good, the health care premiums are pretty high.
